Challenge​

Our challenge was to give much more visibility to the progress of a leading company in the therapeutic approach to breast cancer.

Solution​​

We designed an internal motivation plan that turned the franchise teams into ambassadors of the company's achievements. To do this, we created a global concept with a double meaning:

TIME TOGETHER, time to work as a team, serving as a thread to reinforce the pride of belonging, promoting the recognition and exchange of good practices; and TIME TO GET HER, dedicated time for women.

We put together both channels, creating an app where participants could share knowledge and activities and launching challenges and other participatory actions.

We carried out periodic newsletters and decorated the offices with displays that allowed us to see the timeline of the application live.

Results​

More than 152 users participated, who made 238 publications, and 413 views, reaching 897 likes. All interactions became a donation for FEMA, for a team of specialists could take care of a patients' needs.
On the other hand, the commitment shown by the team performing their work as representatives of the company's achievements allowed the knowledge of specialists who have continued to improve the quality of life of patients throughout all these years.
